Open AltStore on your device, navigate to the tab, and tap the "+" icon in the top-left corner. Select the downloaded iTorrent.ipa file.

Enter your Apple ID credentials if prompted (used to sign the app locally).
A pop-up will appear inside iTorrent showing the files contained in the torrent. You can uncheck files you don't want, select a download destination, and tap Download .
Open AltStore on your phone, go to the "My Apps" tab, and tap the icon.
