We introduce Voyager, the first LLM-powered embodied lifelong learning agent in Minecraft that continuously explores the world, acquires diverse skills, and makes novel discoveries without human intervention. Voyager consists of three key components: 1) an automatic curriculum that maximizes exploration, 2) an ever-growing skill library of executable code for storing and retrieving complex behaviors, and 3) a new iterative prompting mechanism that incorporates environment feedback, execution errors, and self-verification for program improvement. Voyager interacts with GPT-4 via blackbox queries, which bypasses the need for model parameter fine-tuning. The skills developed by Voyager are temporally extended, interpretable, and compositional, which compounds the agent's abilities rapidly and alleviates catastrophic forgetting. Empirically, Voyager shows strong in-context lifelong learning capability and exhibits exceptional proficiency in playing Minecraft. It obtains 3.3x more unique items, travels 2.3x longer distances, and unlocks key tech tree milestones up to 15.3x faster than prior SOTA. Voyager is able to utilize the learned skill library in a new Minecraft world to solve novel tasks from scratch, while other techniques struggle to generalize.
Voyager consists of three key components:
an automatic curriculum for open-ended exploration, a skill library for increasingly complex behaviors, and an iterative prompting mechanism that uses code as action space.
user wants a long article for the keyword "-t i nagi sho gv-". This appears to be an obfuscated or scrambled string. I need to interpret this keyword, perhaps it's a typo or a code. How production standards, such as those in regional markets like Japan, have shifted over time to focus on narrative-driven content. Analyzing Cultural Resonance
Finding "Sacred Space" in local forests or parks to recalibrate the spirit.
Between roughly 2003 and 2010, the Japanese adult video market was dominated by two major studios: and KO Company . While KO targeted a gay male audience, Coat (and specifically its Osaka-based division, Coat West) carved out a significant niche by creating content with high production values and handsome, "idol-like" actors, which attracted a large following of female fans (the "fujoshi" market). This was the world into which NAGI and SHO were born. -t i nagi sho gv-
Their career is primarily documented through several iconic series produced by Coat West:
For years, fans debated whether their affection was purely a marketing masterclass by COAT West. However, during the promotional era for Nagi’s music group ALMAZ around 2011–2012, Sho made public, non-video appearances. At a fan meeting event, the two were seen interacting openly. When explicitly asked by Japanese fans if they maintained a real-life romantic relationship, Nagi famously blushed and confirmed it to the audience, marking a rare moment where the boundary between industry fantasy and real-world truth dissolved. The Bittersweet Legacy of Nagi-Sho
Sho's towering, structured frame balanced Nagi's fluid, dynamic energy.
Even if you never encounter this exact string again, the phenomenon teaches three powerful lessons: user wants a long article for the keyword
While both models found immense individual success, their collaborative projects generated unprecedented cultural resonance. The on-screen pairing of Sho and Nagi worked because of a rare balance of contrast and harmony:

In this work, we introduce Voyager, the first LLM-powered embodied lifelong learning agent, which leverages GPT-4 to explore the world continuously, develop increasingly sophisticated skills, and make new discoveries consistently without human intervention. Voyager exhibits superior performance in discovering novel items, unlocking the Minecraft tech tree, traversing diverse terrains, and applying its learned skill library to unseen tasks in a newly instantiated world. Voyager serves as a starting point to develop powerful generalist agents without tuning the model parameters.
